Не, че нещо, не бих съдила целия екип на сайта, но "уат да фак"...поръчах нови ски на добра оферта, очакваш немците да си вършат работата и то какво излиза...К*Р? А ските по свое му са чудесни, уффффффф ((((((((

Та, не си поръчвайте mounting на ските от там или поне докато изверга не е уволнен...

Пращай им снимки, псуваш ги, и им ги пращаш обратно за тяхна сметка, като задължително да те компенсират за нанесени психически травми.

Аз нещо не вдявам от снимките какъв е проблема, но автомата е шизо, сиреч мести се напред назад. Да не би просто единия да е преместен напред?

Пиши им и им прати снимките. По принцип са доста разбрани и в рамките на ден- два ще ти отговорят с предложение. Най- вероятно ще ти сменят чифта. Аз досега съм получавал от там 5 чифта монтирани автомати и проблем не е имало Не ги псувай обясни им нормално проблема и те ще реагират, бъди сигурна.

Аз също не видях проблема в снимките, ама и автомата не ми е познат

Аз също много не разбирам проблема на този монтаж от снимките, даже са странни тея автомати с тази проволка към задния автомат.
Сигурна ли си, че не може да ги центрираш успоредни и на двете ски или единият е монтиран по-напред?

Е то е очевадно. Вижте първата снимка. Обърнете внимание на разстоянието от стопера до канта на ската. От едната страна стопера опира в ската, а от другата страна има половин сантиметър. Автоматите са монтирани в страни от центъра на ските...

монтажът е скандален и сигурно и в първи клас деца в час по трудово обучение биха се срамували от подобен гаф

Проблема е, че автоматите не са центрирани успоредно на ските - и на двете...

Много тъпо Явно са го правили с книжен шаблон и не са учили геометрия.... Ако не ти отговорят до два дни- напиши им още един мейл, по-гневен. По принцип са ок- подменяли са ми счупени части на Baron само по снимки, на една раница бяха забравили няколко от принадлежностите- пак ги изпратиха само на честна дума- можех и да съм ги получил и да се правя на луд.... Мисля че няма да имаш проблем да ти сменят сета.

The fact the binding can only be mounted at one recommended mounting point,
Due to the fact the ski has inserts and no other mounting points can be used

-- So, in fact you are selling defect skis...i personally cant believe that someone can put holes in skis that way...prove me wrong, please

In fact you have order a SHIZO binding of Marker in the set, this binding can be adjusted 6cm,


3cm forwards (park&pipe oriented) / 3cm backwards (Freeride oriented) from this point in which the binding is mounted.

-- this is true and there is no problem with this at all (the bindings are adorable)...please review the new images...if you don't understand the problem...i would personally ask you as a person who probably love this sport....would you ski these ski that way, does this seem normal to you...?????????????

So maybe it would help to read the manual before sending such an email.

-- i did and not only, I am perfectly aware how ski bindings are placed...please look at the NEW images again...


No offence, but this is not right...if you are not going to do something i would like to request a refund...how unfortunate...

I attached one pic of my Atomic as well to see the defect there and PLEASE note how the binding are placed on it...this is kinda essential...

Hello,



I have ordered skis with bindings - order 1845855 from 10.05.13 - and I am very UN-happy (( VERY UNHAPPY.

The first Atomic I ordered from you guys was also with defect, but the thing does not make any big difference to the skiing, so I decided to keep them that way, I ordered the atomic with bindings as well, but decided not to use your mounting service and good for me...



The new skis are awesome, i love them and unfortunately i did not get the full chance to be happy to have them because they are ruined...the Marker that was mounted to them was mounted so unprofessional i cant even believe a human being can do such a thing to such cool skis....seriously...a handicapped squirrel can do better than this...im so sorry to say this...i know i got the ski on great price, but I would give double to have them mounted normally IF I ONLY KNEW WHAT COMES...im so disappointed that with all my orders there is a problem...attached are the pictures (i can send more if you like)...so you can see how ugly this is...i would fire the person who mounted them right away, as this is embarrassing, causes double losses to your company and its a crime to these K2 skis...and a bad experience for me...please review the sentence on your website where it says: "We do carefully check all items sent." - is the mounting quality/service control blind?????



I love skiing and this is my life...please show me what German service means and advise how to solve the issue, because this is not what i expected.



So besides my angry email THE MAIN PROBLEM is: the bindings are not mounted properly!!! You can see the binding is not centered at all (look the side cuts). Both skis are ruined.



Looking forward to your prompt response. I would like to solve this right away.
